Exhibit spaces, tour seats and registrations are sold out. Since we are at a smaller facility and have combined with NASLR for this year’s conference we have reached maximum capacity in all of the combined sessions and meals. We had to shut down registration on 9/11/2023. There will be no walk-ins allowed this year. Please plan accordingly. Our “Waiting List” is already 20+ deep in case there are cancellations. If you would like to be added please contact Michael Hewitt at hardcoal@epcamr.org. We may not know about cancellations until a week before the conference.
